West Linn sits on the hills above the Willamette and Tualatin rivers, across from Oregon City and Willamette Falls. The Willamette neighborhood has older homes along Willamette Falls Drive, and Bolton and Robinwood line Highway 43.
Much of the rest of town was built from the 1970s on, in neighborhoods like Hidden Springs, Rosemont Summit and Savanna Oaks. Many of those houses have wood or fiber-cement siding and trim that need a repaint every so often.
Hillsides and tall trees mean shade and damp. We wash, scrape, repair dry rot and prime bare wood before the finish coats go on.
